Nice hotel close to lots of dining options. Good for an overnight on the road stay!

The gentleman at the front desk was great and the Bed was clean and pillow was comfortable

Hallways and room was dirty and really needed a vacuum, for breakfast The bistro was closed and we had to go find breakfast.

Staff was clueless No free breakfast

Quiet clean room

We left after we checked on after finding two live roaches on our bed. Did not eat breakfast.

Cleanliness was lacking. Carpet on second floor was dirty. The patio door was filthy and sticky- I cleaned it immediately. There were two live roaches crawling on the bed.

I really enjoyed my stay and liked almost everything. The overall stay was one of the best experience I had. checked in a little early and was able to get food, and go to sleep after a long day.

There was not a lot I didn't like, I had hop3ed I misread and that there was a hot tub, other than that there really wasn't anything that I disliked.

The front help desk person was very helpful but that is it. First the hallway carpet to the rooms was filthy. Second, we were not placed in the type of room requested. Second, upon entering the room, the window door to the deck was deplorably dirty as was the mirror. Third, I had to take the leftover food in the refrigerator down to the front desk. One of us thought we saw some kind of a bug going behind the bed board. It did not take long as a roach appeared at the foot of the bed. This was confirmed by a picture and Google search for bug identification. Lastly, Booking.com said it would take 10 to 12 days for our refund. They took the money out of our account immediately thus they can refund our account immediately. Starting Monday, for each day our money is not refunded, I will start making calls. First to the local department of health, then the state department of health, the Better Business Bureau, then the local Chamber of Commerce, State Chamber of Commerce, National Chamber of Commerce, the CDC and so forth until our money is deposited back into our account. I will NEVER stay at a Courtyard by Marriot again and will encourage the same in others. Plus, we will NEVER use Booking.com as a service if they are willing to represent such places that have little if any regard for cleanliness and public health.

Both rooms we were put in had clearly not been cleaned. The first one that we were put in by mistake had old food in the refrigerator that had expired in April. The second room had what looked like dog prints or kids hands all over the window (and I don’t mean just handprints, I mean FILTHY and sticky). We left for dinner and came back to cockroaches in the room. Needless to say, we packed up and left. The girl at the front was very sweet!
