The hotel was excellently located – you could walk everywhere. The area is safe; we returned to the hotel after dark and nothing unpleasant ever happened to us. There is a 24-hour grocery store nearby, so if you run out of food or drinks, you can easily go there. There are also several restaurants in the area where you can enjoy tasty meals at reasonable prices. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was as well. The shower worked perfectly. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. Highly recommended!

Central location is close to many things. Restaurant onsite, great food. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lots and lots of stairs. Laundry service was overpriced. Some outside noise.

Location near everything in CBD. Food in the restaurant is good. The hotel is inside a mall; security is excellent; very friendly and helpful staff especially the two ladies in the reception. Will definitely be my home in Nairobi.

Das Frühstück war nicht im Preis inbegriffen, konnte aber problemlos im zugehörigen Restaurant eingenommen und bezahlt werden. Wir haben das Standard-Swahili-Buffet-Frühstück (Warm: Kürbis, Süßkartoffeln, Gemüse, Bohnen, Ei) genommen, man hätte aber auch eigenes bestellen können. Kaffee und Tee waren heiß und gut, der Preis moderat (900 für alles für 2 Personen). Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns geholfen, den Madaraka Express zu buchen, was ohne Mpesa nicht im Voraus möglich war. Danke nochmal dafür!

Uncomfortable mattress

I especially remember the masala and the omelets, which I loved.

At the end of my stay, I lost the TV signal, so I missed the Champions League game, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly either. Well, it's just a minor observation.
