B&B Demar Residence & Dependance

Excellent service, very pleasant staff, taxi service on call. The design and thoughtfulness going into the design of Demar was exceptional.

I was completely floored by how great the property is -- the room (a suite, actually) was clean and modern, the whole facility is top drawer, and the breakfast was fresh, nicely varied, distinctly European and delicious. The pool looked great, but I didn't use it. This was a rare gem, at a bargain price. Will definitely stay here again! Possibly next week!

Nice location, friendly staff, excellent room, great stay in Zadar

The rooms were decorated in plain white but to a very high standard. Lots of wardrobe space and lovely marble floors throughout. We had a ground floor room in the annex which consisted of a bedroom, a small lounge, and a bathroom. All the rooms opened onto a semi private terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture. Lots of sun loungers on the sun terrace complete with complimentary pool towels. The pool was lovely and clean. The continental breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is located in a quiet residential street with ample off road parking outside. There was a small supermarket 5 minus walk away and several restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Not really a don't like but just to let people know. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the old town. Google maps will guide you as you zig zag through the streets to the water front. I would recommend that you use the water boatmen and his rowing boat for 2 euro per person to minimise the walk to the old town.
