Tolle geräumige Apartments mit wunderschönen Bädern. Der Pool war herrlich, die Sonnenbetten ein Traum! Trotz der Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt hatten wir genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings darf man sich keine riesige Auswahl erwarten.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alles etwas zurückhaltend und schüchtern, alles in allem aber nett.

I can't say enough about this beautiful boutique property. Nicely lighted from the residential street on which it sits, Demar is very modern, everything new, clean, tight and efficient. The overall decor is white on white, which lends a feeling of both modern elegance and comfort. I stayed twice, a week apart, while driving from Dubrovnik to Verona and back. The first stay was in a small suite in a separate two story building. My upper floor (stairs, no lift) had a full balcony with a sliver of sea view. The separate bedroom had a pair of twins and a sliding door to the balcony.. Th eliving room had a small couch, large TV, and a small table. The bath was well appointed, and the provided amenities (shower gel, shampoo, lotion, comb, dental kit) useful. My second stay was ground floor, right in front, just 6 feet from my car. It was a larger single room, but not a suite, with a king bed, comfy sofa, table and work desk, and a huge bathroom with a large all glass shower, and a urinal, go figure, but no bidet. The slider leads to a patio with chairs and a sie table looking out onto th epool area. The breakfast choices are fresh and fine, just th eright choices, and they will make egg dishes on request, in a suite lobby space, plus some outdoor seating. The pool is clean as a whistle. Denis the proprieter is warm and helpful. I was lucky to find this place the first time, targeted it the second time, and it now goes on my all time list. A lovely gem at a very reasonable price.

Whatever this place lacked, I did not need. I was suitably impressed.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Ein sehr sauberes Haus.Es gab täglich frische Handtücher und ein erstklassiges Frühstück, wobei man wählen könnte ob es Rührei Omelette oder Spiegeleier sein sollen, die dann frisch zubereitet wurden.Die Zimmer waren sehr modern eingerichtet.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Dieses B&B kann man bestens empfehlen,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gab einfach nichts zu bemängeln,kaum zu glauben.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und flexibel bei der Umsetzung unserer Wünsche. So war es überhaupt kein Problem am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend zu bleiben, weil unser Rückflug erst sehr spät war.

Excellent option if staying in Zadar. Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff and convinient hotel taxi into old town.
