beds were too soft, Bathroom door was dirty. Charge for pets was excessive. Never came to the room to refresh linens or empty trash.

Friendly staff. No issues with check in or out

Cockroach appeared on my last night, ran out from the ac unit and then made a circle and died so I’m guessing they just sprayed the place. Room had a very musty odor. The room was not kept up, trim missing, dirty walls, rusted shower head. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours each night so I didn’t complain to the staff but I would not go back.

Our room was not clean upon arrival. The floor covered in something sticky and the shower cleaning was not even attempted by the looks of it. The beds were clean and fine.

"Nice place with comfortable accommodations"

We stay here whenever we visit our son on base. This was our 4th stay, now, and we have been pleased each and every time. Staff are polite, rooms and grounds are clean and orderly. Just a nice place to relax after our visits.
