Bathroom shower curtain was nasty. Stained and old. Staff walked in my room without knocking, I was laying in bed when this happened. What happened with knocking? I had the sign outdoor my door as well. Supposed to be non smoking and you can smell cigarettes a few rooms down from me. Never will i stay there again

"Run down and poorly managed"

Absolute nightmare! My fault for not checking the reviews but we stayed last year and had an amazing get away and assumed it'd be same. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Rooms dirty. Mold on ceiling acrosss entire shower wall (see pic) Entire hotel had mold stench. No room service to clean in 3 days or even pick trash up lined down the hallway, and the worst management possible! Last year the lady manager was nice and very accommodating but now the manager on site is the worst I've ever seen. He was very condescending when he spoke and told me "if I didn't like how he ran HIS HOTEL I could leave" ... And I did just that. When I pay $160 for a room I expect it to be smell clean, look clean and be clean- not smelling like mildew and the room full of cobwebs, roaches and mold.
