The flat had all the necessary amenities and the staff were lovely and very helpful in arranging self check in as we arrived after reception had closed. It was also great to have parking included given that the apartment is so centrally located!

Due to the central location and the carpark being separate to the building; the check in process was a bit stressful (particularly in the rain) as there weren't many convenient places to stop and unload your vehicle. The apartment was clean, but as the bathroom is really small with no shower curtain, it was impossible to keep dry with multiple users!

"Probably the best self catering in Poole."

Location was excellent. Good choice of dining out within a stones throw. Free parking ( essential in Poole) The fllat had absolutely everthing including lots of extras not normally provided. We will certainly visit again.

There wasn't anything to not like. It was perfect for our needs.

The whole apartment was spotless and everything you needed for your stay, plus a lovely local welcome pack of goodies.

"Property needs a lot of TLC and a deep clean. Under the sofas were thick dust and the rug!"

Was surprised after getting so many emails about bringing ID and utility bill that keys were just handed straight to us which was nice as easy. Property has lots of items in the kitchen which was very good for self catering. Property just needs a good clean and the bathroom could do with a refit. Lovely safe and great location. Free parking a nice bonus.

Needs a deep clean and a whole upgrade of the bathroom. Does not look like pictures. Lots of items damaged such as lamps in bedroom, wardrobe in spare room, bath panel not connected.

"Excellent self catering holiday apartment."

Good arrangements for free parking at the adjacent public car park. 30 minutes driving distance from most tourist spots we wanted to visit. Many excellent restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Snacks, tea, coffee, bottle of wine ws left for us on arrival. Netflix, prime video, You tube all available on a HD tv.
