Castle Lanes - Minutes from Poole Quay, Poole Town Location

Good location, easy access and parking facilities.

The bathroom could do with some tlc.

The apartment was well equipped and very central for bars and restaurants in and the Quay,

There were a lot of building works going on according to the website the works should have been completed in May, however there was still scaffolding around the building and the view from our apartment was overlooked by builders containers, which my wife found unsettling as very overlooked. Sunday was ok (weekend) however 7:50 am prompt everyday following we were woken up by loud drilling and banging as well as the odd expletives from the workers, there was television was confusing (not connected to internet)(no terrestrial TV) I like to keep up with news etc so no major channels. The apartment was clean except rug under table needed good hoovering In the end came home a day early as was not as advertised and can honestly say ruined an otherwise lovely stay, so in brief if thinking of booking this property check with the letting agency as to whether works are complete otherwise I would cancel and ask for refund

I liked the access, the cleaning of the apartmnent, the staff help about everything.

The construction outside and noise

The area of the apartment was central near everything .The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need.Light and airy the beds were very comfortable .All communal areas were nice and clean.Surprisely not too noisy as it had workmen there sorting out new cladding.I would suggest new photos as there are no longer leather suites and a square table not a round one .Also has new pictures hanging up .

The TV is run by the internet which kept lagging,I think older people wouldn't be able to use it .I'm not a tech person but got it in the end .

The whole apartment was clean, was really impressed.Lots of towels provided.Nice surprise to find a bottle of wine plus plenty of tea and coffee.

Even though it stated some scaffolding when I booked I wasn't expecting to have windows, doors completely covered and unable to open, I felt quite trapped and was concerned about if there was a fire as doors were sealed from the outside, put me on edge quite alot.
