Spaceous, modern apartment Private parking in secured car park Location is great, 5min walk to the city centre Very clean Helpful staff Good documentation of the check-in procedure

The bathroom was pretty small with toilet too close to wall to sit comfortably and tiny sink, however, the shower was spaceous (but only rainshower) Fragrance sticks made the room over-scented on our arrival but windows could be opened Bed is rather small for two Wifi speed a bit underwhelming

Great location just a few minutes walk into town and what a fantastic apartment, we could easily live there, everything you need, clean and tidy and very quiet and as a bonus it has its own private parking space which is hard to come by in York.

Nothing to fault. The whole stay was a pleasure.
