Perfect location, we laughed all weekend at how everything we wanted to see was only 8 minutes walk away. The instructions on how to get into the property and parking were clear and easy to understand. Perfect little apartment

Good location, well equipped and clean and very secure. Having secure parking was a real bonus.

The geese on the canal were awful, we got no sleep the first night as they were honking ALL night. We ended up leaving before we were meant to as we couldn't bear to have another sleepless night. Maybe the ear plugs in the drawer should have been a warning as to what was to come !!! Such a shame that it was spoilt by this and a waste of money.

It was clean, comfy and a great location.

Could have done with more toilet paper and a heads up about the geese before booking (as they were rather noisy)

The studio apartment was very clean, well presented and pretty centrally based. Being able to park the car nearby as part of the package was very good. We did need help accessing the actual apartment as the passcode for the door as we didn’t have it at the time. The support at the end of the mobile number was excellent, and we were able to access relatively straight away.

We did have difficulties actually finding the location of the apartment block as the postcode took us to the other side of the water, once we put iNavigation Road into the satnav, (behind the Majestic Wine shop,) we found it straight away! A little smaller than we imagined, but once we had got used to the fact, it was just one room and we weren’t in there very long either (so much to see and do in York) it was fine.

Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Parking was a bonus. Comfortable bed, great range of utensils

Love apartments, beside tables would if been nice bug we managed, everything you need, wasn't sure if the oven was an actual oven or microwave and seemed complicated, I've never used one like this before , very close to the city centre , about 6 minute walk over the bridge , once you figure out the codes for checking in and car park it is easy enough , so don't read it all and panic like I did initially, staff was on hand straight away when we couldn't access the room and sorted in straight away
