Great location, only minutes walk from the shambles. Lovely clean studio apartment. Very secure with secure parking. Great instructions sent for checking in and entering the buildings. Very responsive to messages.

Great apartment within walking distance of city centre and had free car parking included. I would stay here again.

My only concern was initially it was a bit difficult to find/get into the apartment, but I rang the host who was super helpful.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The security measures to enter were excellent. Great location with on site parking

Entry keypad was a little hard to negotiate at first but after a quick call to very helpful staff we gained entry easily

Location was very good close to attractions. Standard of property was very good and clean.

A little confusing getting access, but with help from the contact gained access and no dramas.

It had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and well maintained. 15 Mins walk from the station and close to everything. Peaceful setting on the river Foss.

Little difficult to locate, but that was probably down to Google maps. It was a pull out bed and there was a gap between the bed and the wall and the pillows kept disappearing down the back. Resulted in a stiff neck and shoulder.

Location, the room and its facilities also the staff member on the helpline needs a mention as she was extremely helpful on our arrival - directions to the car park and my inability to operate the doors 😊

Not much, although access to the car park could be be through the existing doors you need to use the carpet to hold the door open otherwise it closes on you. This then means a walk through the car park using the same narrow route / road as the cars.

The apartment was so cosy and perfect for our 2 night stay. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was in perfect location from York Centre and the ideal place to stay. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We will definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting York!

A few crumbs were found underneath the foot pouffe when we moved it but this didn’t bother us too much as everything else was perfect.

Fantastic central location, lovely apartment , clean and well equipped, very peaceful break , everything in city centre well within walking distance.
