Amazing location, great staff. The apartment was warm, clean and welcoming. The shower was incredible. The building was quiet and welcoming didn’t find the entrance codes confusing at all. Very straightforward.

We needed to use the sofa bed as there was three of us staying, although a duvet, pillows and pillow cases were left there was no duvet cover and the duvet was stained in parts which wasn’t nice to sleep with. The sofa bed also isn’t comfy at all but it did the job and did not detract from the stay.

The property was lovely and clean near the town bout 10 minute walk and very safe

The property was very secure was all digital and was very informative and if needed the owner was very easy to get hold of

Location is exceptional with the Shambles being a mere 5 minute walk from the front door and a Morrisons a short walk in the opposite direction if you find yourself in need of supplies

Parking was great....however , it would have been nice to have codes for the car park rather than a fob. Fob made for a long and quite hectic run back to the room to ensure it was returned before the door code expired.

It was clean and tidy and very near the town centre

The heating kept turning off and we definitely needed it as its was a horrible day
