The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring York and the parking was really good. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The space was everything we needed for our trip. The owner also left some little chocolates which were a nice extra touch!

Three different codes to access property

Stylish, comfortable, hotel-style room with modern bathroom & kitchenette located directly overlooking river Foss. Quiet, location just a short walk from town centre. Free, secure parking was a real bonus. Great communication with host who provided copious detailed notes on using the property, garage, gaining access etc.

The double bed was quite small.

The apartment once in was excellent, but unfortunately it was difficult understanding how to get into parking firstly, then the property itself as there was no one on site to check you in & query. If you don’t have internet available you can’t contact anyone so you need to go somewhere with internet to call. Once we were able to call Daisy she was most helpful. Once you go through the process a couple of times it was straightforward. Other couples seemed to be experiencing the same trouble & as we had. Once you’ve been there a day or so, we were then able to help others that were experiencing difficulty. The property was in a great location, 10 minutes to walk to town.

The location was great for our adventures in the city. A beautiful clean, cosy and well equipped apartment.
