We will never stay at this Hampton Inn again. All the reasons we choose to stay consistently at Hampton Inn were obviously missing from this hotel. Carpets were stained and dirty….IF carpets were even present. It had a musty odor. Rooms were very small. It was late and we drove longer to get to a Hampton Inn…. What a disappointment!! We would have left but we were exhausted. Never again!!!

Location Breakfast was pretty good.

Problems with breakfast - the hot food was empty at 9:00 for over 10 minutes, and the breakfast area was small and not the best layout. It was difficult to get around. The room was pretty dusty, it smelled, had old carpet with rips, and the TV didn't work at first because it was unplugged from itself (the cord was plugged into the outlet) ??? Definitely needs some updates. Also, the toilet was very short and difficult to get off of!

"Overall the stay was great in the breakfast was as well but the staff is off"

It was clean in comfort

Pay all this money in the pool was out of order. The staff had attitude the whole weekend we were there. They will charge you 250 dollars if you have any children’s making noise no matter if they are disabled I wouldn’t stay there again

location

building / rooms / elevator were run down - in need of updating. 2 / 3 ice machines didn't work. Elevator was small and didn't work for part of our stay. Common gathering area was small and not separated from the main lobby. Shampoo was empty in shower - also hair in the shower when we arrived.
