Walls were paper thin . Heard the guy next door talking all night. The bathroom walls were falling apart and the shower head had never been cleaned. Also th tv music in the lobby is kept way to loud

The front desk person only checked me in for 1 night when I was staying for 4 nights. This resulted in me getting locked out of my room and having to go back down stairs to get my key fixed. This happened two days in a row. The elevator was small and hot. The smoking area was basically right next to the front door. It smelled horrible of cigarette smoke every time I walked by.

We called about check in times and told we were not ok until 3 and when we showed up at 3 the rooms were still no where near ready and when we asked about canceling the front desk guy was very bland and unhelpful with our options. More like lazy and unwilling to help figure the situation out. Never got to even see the rooms.

Loved the location. Staff was very helpful with our car emergency and loaned us packing tape and scissors so we could drive to get duct tape. Breakfast was exceptional with real ham and eggs. We would stay there again.
