Comfort Inn Albuquerque Airport

Not much to like. Bed had dog fur and on the floor had nail clippings

Pool was cold. Bed wasn’t clean. Housekeeping kept coming to door after I requested to leave at 12.

The bed was big and comfortable

The staff was so incredible, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but that is more of a personal preference.

The staff was super nice. Front area was nice, but the cleanliness of the room was far from expectation. The floor was dirty. Hair was in the sink, the tub, on the toilet and the floor. I even question whether the sheets were clean, as there seemed to be dirt between all the sheets. I have stayed at this hotel before (years ago) so I was confident in renting, but i was very disappointed.

Tarif très élevé $300 la nuit c’est le prix d’un 4 * Douche brûlante impossible de baisser la température…. Cloison mince on entend les voisins N’a pas respecté mon heure de réveil… WC dans la douche…

Great. They were even sensitive to those leaving for the balloon fiesta at 3:30 AM with a bagged breakfast. Friendly courteous staff.

I choose to leave as room smelled of mold and the fan made a loud screeching sound. I was told they would not charge my account. We’ll see.

It was very disappointing that the pool and jacuzzi were closed also the laundry room. Our toilet was not flushing so they had to come twice to fix it also I went for ice and the ice machine was not working.
