Facility is showing it's age short of staff at bar & breakfast buffet

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The rooms were really nice for us having 6 kids. The staff was nice

I booked 2 rooms for my brother next to us and wish they would have been connected. The parking should be included in the stay instead of having to do it separate and pay extra.

I recently completed a four-day trip from Oklahoma City to Kansas City and booked Embassy Suites (EBS) in both cities anticipating a consistent, quality experience. The contrast between the two properties was shocking. The Oklahoma City Embassy Suites was vibrant, fresh, and very welcoming—a true reflection of the Hilton brand standard. It set a high bar that the Kansas City location failed to meet spectacularly. The Kansas City location is an absolute disappointment and frankly, an embarrassment to the Hilton name. This hotel feels as if it has not undergone a meaningful upgrade in over 30 years. • Condition & Decor: The entire property is a time capsule from the 1980s. . The furniture, carpets, towels, and sheets all appeared to be original and were severely worn, stained, and dated. • Amenities: Even basic amenities were antiquated. The television, as the pictures clearly show, is a relic and completely unacceptable for a modern hotel. • Overall Impression: This location needs to be imploded and rebuilt. It is severely dated and falls well below the expected standard for an Embassy Suites by Hilton. I strongly advise guests to book elsewhere until a complete and comprehensive renovation is performed

Honestly everything was great

Till we went to sleep bed was uncomfortable

The bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that the stay was great

Magnificently courteous staff, amenities, and comfortable sleeping accommodation.

No whirlpool was the only significant flaw.

Breakfast is perfect

staff unwelcoming Paid parking - I pay to stay in the room and now for parking in the hotels parking lot???? Ridiculous

Room was a good size but extremely dated. Hotel had a total of two elevators servicing the entire building and they were always crowded. Ended up just taking our luggage down the stairs because we could never get the luggage cart on the elevator. They couldn’t sign us in because we played through Expedia with Apple Pay and they made me call Expedia to get it sorted out. Mind you I’ve paid for my room and just drove ten hours to get there. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with finding a number to call and dealing with customer service. They gave us a voucher for a free pizza. I could see why they give the pizza away- it was gross. Took forever to get yet it was raw dough in the middle somehow still. We had booked the same hotel for the drive back but we’ll be staying somewhere even if we can’t get the refund. It was that unsatisfactory. Staff were nice and the breakfast was ok.
