Decent amenities, nice staff, very dated, recently changed the parking policy to currently charge everyone to park. Frustrated a lot about the parking fee, as bypassing that particular charge is an amenity that I’ve come to enjoy with my honors status. Stay here regularly, but planning to find a new go to hotel around the airport. Nothing super special about this hotel with the added fee, and if you need the shuttle, book early as it’s shared with other hotels

"LOWER your expectations"

The positive: front desk staff was friendly and quick to oblige when we asked for an extra blanket. The negative: Hotel is very rundown. VERY. Carpet is dirty along the walls. Bathrooms are tiny and banged up. Tile grout in the bathroom is gross. Room 512. Outlets on bedside lamp do not work. Unfortunately I discovered that AFTER charging my phone there all night. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs tasted funny and the pancakes were dry as dirt. Had to pay to park because the airport has bought their parking lot. What in the world????

"We enjoy staying at all the embassy suites"

The breakfast was decent but did not offer decaf coffee the first day but provided it the following day.

The room floor was wet and smelled like pee. It was difficult to stay in on the last night but somehow mustard through it. The elevator was very dirty tried not to touch anything in there while using. There was also food still in yhe mini refrigerator when I checked in. Need to focus more on cleanliness to be at the standards we all expect from a embassy suites hotel !

"Overall it's a pretty good value and I would probably do it again."

I'm thankful that they had a decent hot breakfast. It was no Denny's or Ihop but we were able to eat nonetheless. The breakfast was just as good as the dinner that I paid for so I'm thankful to have gotten it for free.

My dinner could have been much better. I was not satisfied at all and went to bed hungry since I was too tired to complain.
