Parking was an concern

Wasn’t terrible couple minor things. There was ants on our one counter had to keep killing them, the rooms where updated but the hallways were not and they had a funky smell in hallways.. I know why the price was what it was now .

Love the tiki bar, close to beach and boardwalk

Property is conveniently located steps from the boardwalk

Unfortunately the room was considerably smaller than the picture. We didn't feel the price that we paid for the room was worth the $240/night that we paid. Only upside was it conveniently located touneout needs

Wi-fi not working in some rooms. Dirty in general, not renovated, old A/C with some issues, shower leaking on the floor, stains everywhere.

Great location

The property is very dated and rundown. The room was renovated and clean but very basic. The woman working the front desk was great and a hard worker. The "free parking" is limited and we were not able to get a spot so had to pay the meter. The ice machines were broken. Clientele was sketchy. If you want somewhere central to the boardwalk, location is good. Our room looked at a brick wall so not all rooms have any sort of view. Definitely would not stay again. We were there to shower and sleep only. Otherwise we left town and went to a nicer beach town.

The room was so small there was a bed and a refrigerator and TV no chairs to sit in no dresser or nightstands. The AC did not work no windows to open up just door onto a small balcony there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. It was empty took three hours and had to go down to try and get some bed. Lines were stained had to park two blocks away from hotel with car full of stuff. No place to eat had to try and sit on the bed to eat dinner or whatever. At least four other couples that checked in around the same time as us and checked out the same time as us for same reasons and said they were told there was bedbugs The AC was too small and didn’t work. It was taped into the wall. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
