Oceanic Hotel

My stay was very pleasant, everything was peaceful. You can bring as many guests as you want and as long as they fit in the room, and they don't say anything to you or charge you extra.

Place was alright but staff was AMAZING ! A little outdated and the room was very small with only a TV and one end table no space to put anything as well as the balcony being very skinny, but bathroom was new and updated. Everything was clean , ac worked very nicely , and a very short walk to the boardwalk and the tiki bar and bar inside the hotel was a nice addition.

Dingy, every ice machine in the building was broken and the elevators were down at the same time, looks nothing like the pictures, got super sick in the morning and wanted to know if I could pay to check out late, they said the monumental task of checking me out at 11 instead of 10 was impossible and sent a guy up to my room to clear me out so they could intake the millions of customers desiring to staying in fleabag motels on a Monday morning. This place is an unpolished turd with nice maids, save your money and sleep in your car.

Picture online is deceiving. Room we got looked nothing like it. Rug was not vacuumed. Bed was definitely a full and not a queen as advertised. Could not get wifi connection. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our room must have been recently remodeled. Freshly painted walls, laminate flooring, quiet air-conditioning unit. Tile flooring and walls in bathroom with a walk in shower. The shower head water was coming out in a trickle. We notified the front desk and within a few minutes the maintenance man came in and replaced the shower head. We needed 2 clean towels which we got from the front desk. There was ample parking at and near the hotel. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is its convenient location. Right across the street from the convention center, the ability to walk to the beach, boardwalk, plenty of restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures are a lie. We had a bed and one side table. No side table for the 2nd person. No chair. Rust on bathroom door. Worst part was the bed- it was just a frame and mattress and EVERYtime one of us got up the other was flipped out of bed. It was not filthy but not overly clean either. I know not to expect much at Wildwood but this was BAD! Wish I thought about snapping pictures but I didn’t.

Bed was broken, their “smoke free” policy was a joke, people were literally smoking in their rooms and you could smell it from the hallway. Also their free parking is a farce, you have to walk three blocks down to some random grass lot. Don’t fall for the pictures either, they’re photoshopped. No wood floor and the room looked like it hadn’t been redone since the 80s

Horrible. Bad location, the air didn’t work or the electric, there was ants inside the room.

Got an updated room which was very nice. Front desk was helpful and nice. Parking was a few blocks away which kinda sucked but we had a truck so it was nice that it fits there.
