Billie at the front desk was amazing!, always so friendly and helpful! The room was very warm, the AC did not work well at all. Tried to open the sliding glass door and it was VERY hard to open. The top would keep getting stuck.

Property was old, trash was in front of room was there when we checked in till check out.

Nice hotel. Served us a safe crash pad. Hotel is on a golf course

Staff was so cordial...balcony was awesome...food from restaurant was tasty...pool area splendid...workout room excellent...the historical aspect of this property is so striking!

I already left my review but i keep getting to leave a review so i will say again. It was dirty, dated and would not stay there again despite the convenience of being across from soccer fields. A/C is also not as cold as it should be for arizona, room service closes before 9pm so if you need any extras make sure to call before they leave. Tv is so small and sunken in to the cupboard that you have to sit indian style infront of it or scoot the chair super close to hear and see a decent show.

The rooms are very aged. tiny tv, AC in Penthouse room 803 was terrible. The restaurant had terrible service and the meal was not good. I will not stay there again.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and very professional. The rooms are in need of some repair work. Our door to the room was difficult to open as was the patio door and need to be fixed. The carpet in the room is stained and damaged and needs repairing. The food at the restaurant was great, we ate several meals there and again the staff was amazing. We would stay there again.
