Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort

I would have rated my stay higher, but being an older hotel, more care is needed to ensure rooms are clean. My grandkids had bites on their arms and legs after sleeping in the bed one night.

Liked that the soccer fields were on the grounds. Very convenient. Pool was very nice.

Beautiful place with a unique history, great bar, good food, big balconies with golf course and mountain views and personable staff. Worth getting off the beaten path for this one.

It was a quiet get away. The food was excellent. The restraunt staff were friendly.

The history of this place is awesome. HUGE pool and neat building. The room however was very HOT. And in the summer here in AZ that is just uncomfortable. I adjusted the AC and the room did not change in temp one bit.

The holtel was amazing the 6th floor veiw was very beautiful and refreshing

First, Francisco Grande is in the middle of nowhere. You’ll see the lone hotel in the distance as you drive towards it. I was a little confused when I arrived because there were no visible signs showing the name of the hotel. Your GPS will take you directly to the front desk reception area, but more signage would be helpful. The hotel sits on the edge of a golf course, and offers peaceful views from the balcony. The hotel decor looks a little dated, however; the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The hotel receptionist was also very friendly. I don’t know if I’ll ever be passing through the city of Casa Grande again, but if so, I’ll definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lady that checked us in both nights was so awesome. I think her name was Billie or Bobbie or something like that. We met family there the first night to eat at the restaurant and didn’t realize that the kitchen was about to close. They sat us right down and didn’t have any problem with us. We definitely will be staying there again.

Customer service was excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. We loved the location and the beautiful views. The hotel is older and could use some updafing. The bathroom door is a heavy slide door that squeaks loudly. We believe this is what kept us from sleeping well at night, but not sure. It may have been the plumbing, but, in any evenr, it was loud and disturbing. It seemed to go on throughout the night. For this reason, we will not stay again. It"s too bad because otherwise, we liked this place. The room did not have a micro or fridge and given that it is several miles to the nearest store, both would've been nice.
