"Please UPGRADE THIS HOTEL AND MAKE IT A NICE PLACE TO STAY!"

Nothing. This place had me questioning my life choices.

This hotel needs improvement. The rooms are outdated, unpleasantly smelling, and felt dirty. I wore shower shoes throughout my stay because I couldn't bear to touch the floor with my bare feet. The bathroom A/C was broken, making it a sweltering experience. The bed was uncomfortable, and if I'm honest, I thought twice before getting under the covers. I'm surprised the customer rating was so high, as I can't be the only one dissatisfied with this place.

Room was clean

I requested and booked a 2 Queen bed accessible room. After getting there I found out they had only accessible with a Kings. They do not have what I booked at that location. Very disappointed but it was Bookings.com at fault. The site was incorrect. I needed accessible for wheelchair and a shower. We had a very low toilet and a tub and with 4 people in the room one King bed would not have worked. The tub and lower toilet was difficult for me.
