Kasa Union Station Denver

Overall, the stay was good. First the Pro's: Room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Having a washer and drier available in the room was very convenient and allowed for packing lighter than usual. Now the Con: The hotel is located too far from Union Station. It's 4.5 blocks and 1 railroad bridge away from the station. That might be ok if you are in your 20's or 30's and in fair weather but when you are in your 60's and have heavy rain for several days - not good (I even purchased an umbrella & rain poncho but still got soaked). Even all the banners mounted all along the Little Raven Street declare it to be in the Riverfront Park Neiborhood not Union Station. It's a bit misleading to call it Union Station.

The apartment was spotless, roomy and had everything we needed. It can be hard to find a place with two king suites, and this apartment had those and an extra room/office. The property is adjacent to a lovely green park.

I reserved a studio room with a balcony because the photos presented for the room to include that. When we arrive, it’s not the right room and I had to call Kasa directly in order to sort out the situation. They explained the photos on the listing and the room I reserved, were not the same. They explained that the photos for the one I booked, was for another unit entirely. They ended up finding the room that I wanted in the first place and was able to sort the situation out, but that was only because I complained. It was not considerate, because the room is what I reserved, I should’ve gotten it to begin with, but the rep that helped me from Kasa was very nice.

Great place to stay in Denver. You can walk over to 16th street in just a couple of minutes. Wonderful park across the street. Secured building. Secure garage parking. Garage was even extremely clean. Very nice unit with everything you need. Quiet and very upscale. I highly recommend this location. Wonderful neighbors everywhere walking their dogs and being pleasant.

Our family of 5 loved this perfect condo! Situated across from a beautiful green space, close to restaurants, shops, walkable to Coor’s Stadium, very safe, clean, well stocked. We loved the customer service (immediate and personal replies to texts!), enjoyed the freshly ground Starbucks station outside the entry to our condo (nice touch!) and overall feel this was a perfect choice for our family. We were up early as we traveled from the east coast time zone, so the somewhat sheer blinds did not bother us at all, as other reviews had mentioned. But we did bring eye masks in case and honestly that was the only bet review we even saw before booking! 10/10 perfect stay!!!! Thank you ❤️🙏

I stayed at Kasa Denver Union Station and while the overall experience was decent, it ended in a way that left me feeling extremely disappointed and unsafe. On the morning of my checkout, someone entered my apartment by punching in a code. I was still inside, and the person clearly didn’t expect that — they immediately left and ran away. I rushed out into the hallway to see who it was, but no one was around. I contacted Kasa support right away to report the incident. They told me it was a staff member, but never followed up or responded to my concerns. I reached out multiple times afterward regarding some form of compensation or accountability, but was completely ignored. This was a deeply unsettling experience that caused me serious anxiety. The fact that someone can just enter while you're still inside (this occurred hours before my check out time) — without warning, knocking or proper identification — is unacceptable. I no longer feel this is a safe place to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their sense of security and peace of mind.
