Virtual check-in was a bit of a challenge, but detailed instructions and virtual support got us through it nicely. Apartment was spare but well-appointed, especially liked the kitchenette and coffee. Neighborhood is good, especially proximity to greenbelt (we were traveling with our dog).

The check in process is a little wonky. I am not sure it can really be made much easier though. Just read the check in instructions several times. One thing I think would help is under the room and building codes that are in bold type in the check in email add elevator code in bold also. It took a bit for me to page further and see the “note” area at the bottom of the email with the elevator code. Also better signage on the building would help but maybe that is a local code issue?

Great value and location. My room was missing the parking pass, but the help line was very receptive and had someone on-site get me one right away.

It was spacious for a four adults and the amenities inside the building was great. I was really surprised of the gym equipment offered. Most importantly there is a park right outside the building. Beautiful.

I didn't stay here....they canceled my reservation on me and said some very bad things about my last stay. Kasa and my lawyer will sort out what this property has said about me. Good bye.

Great spot! Everything you need. Clean and comfy bed. Quiet.

Clean and easy to find/access. Beds are not comfortable.
