Kasa Union Station Denver

Spacious, clean,felt safe. Full apartment. From on line info it appears to be in or at the very least near Union Station….. it is not. It is a 12 minute walk to Union Station. I was awoken each day at 6am because the white transparent blinds block zero light….. imagine a spotlight on you at 6am on vacation… not good.

The apartment style layout with the easy access to road and attractions.

Liked the central location and clean efficient operation. The elevator button on the B2 level is broken.

Great communication before, during and after the stay. Clean and comfortable and close to the stadium.

Check-in process is the only negative about this property and it is actually not that bad, just grossly over explained. (7 pages worth of check-in instructions). I think this could easily be reduced to one or two pages. It makes the check-in process scarier than it needs to be. It really wasn't too difficult. Anyhow, after you get by the check-in, the property is nothing short of perfection. Very clean, very modern, everything you need is there (coffee, laundry, etc) By using the free 16th street mall bus, it is withing walking distance to everything. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll be staying here again. By far, the best bang for your buck in Denver!!

Had a wonderful stay. The staff is outstanding, great location across from park and easy access to route 25 and 70, close to great restaurants and Union Station.

Everything about our stay with Kasa was excellent. From their communication to the seven page instructions on how to enter the building, all were very helpful. The apartment was fully stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay at a Kasa again.

While the place itself is lovely, figuring out how to check in is very complicated. Moreover, our room was not ready until nearly 6pm even after Kasa sent us a text at four saying our room was ready. A 6pm check in time is unacceptable for a family with young kids especially after communicating otherwise. We were offered a tiny refund after complaints but it really did not make up for the inconvenience.
