Sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und wurden täglich gereinigt.

Die Lage ist Super. Große und übersichtliche Tiefgarage. Sehr freundliches Personal, besonderes Lob an das Barpersonal ! Sehr gutes Frühstück, es könnte nur etwas schneller nachgelegt werden, wenn etwas nicht mehr da war.

Der Luxus im allgemeinen entsprach nicht so sehr den angegebenen 5 Sternen. Das Inventar war schon etwas abgerockt. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hatte oft Bild und Tonaussetzer und hatte auch schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Er hatte viele Radioprogramme programmiert, aber keiner funktionierte. Vielleicht lag es daran das wir im alten Teil des Hotels untergebracht waren, es gibt angeblich auch neue Zimmer im Neubau.
