Very Worst behaviour Hotel trying to loot money by not giving room for booked amount. They were asking double the amount and I lost my initial booking amount as I didn't get room.

The location was suitable for me. The rooms were clean.

I had entered my check-in time 2300-2400 through Booking.com. I had recieved a mail from Oyo about my booking being confirmed at 19:00. Due to some reason I reached late (00:25) and the receptionist told me that my room was taken by someone else since I failed to check in. I received no calls from hotel regarding this. The guy asked me to pay Rs 4400 (instead of my 3400 booking through Booking.com) amd said that they were out of single rooms. I was clueless at midnight. I just pretended to call another hotel and started leaving after 10 mins. The guy stopped me and asked me to get the double room with 5% extra (on 3400) and framed it like he was being nice to me on expense of his own loss of 800-900 Rs or something. These people are just greedy for money. (Also the room had poor ventilation and no hot water)

There is no breakfast, though Booking.com shows breakfast included. There is no kitchen, though Booking.com shows a kitchen.

Nothing , they are not ethical , my trip started with a disappointment . I did part payment as recommended by OYO but still this facility people demanded extra and said “if u want to stay u have to pay extra 800 rupees “ I was in a situation where I have to pay. These people are cheats who are cheating OYO and cancelling the booking to give back the advance money we paid and demanding extra money. An advice to OYO please don’t allow your online facilities to this hotel they are using it for their advantage and cheating OYO

Everything is rubbish, hotel was stinking with cigarettes smell, it was very difficult to breath while sleeping.

The room was clean and comfortable

Don't pay online, they ask for cash in the counter and no discount is given. Later they help you get the refund from Oyo
