You have mentioned that the fare mentioned is with the breakfast but they didn't provide the breakfast which is not good. We requested them that it's not good to say something in the website and do something else. But they said that they haven't confirmed that they will provide breakfast and they will never provide breakfast. Otherwise facilities are good. Kindly remove the wording "WITHOUT BREAKFAST" for this hotel as they said that they never provide breakfast to any of their customers. This will help customer to book the hotel with better understanding.

When we say that in booking.com - HOTEL STAYING FARE IS MENTIONED WITH BREAKFAST - Hotel people should have informed us that they will check with you about this concern and come back to us. But straight away they said that they can't provide the breakfast. This is not good. Even I called to OYO CUSTOMER CARE - they also said the same way. So kindly remove WITH BREAKFAST WORD from this hotel as they are not providing the same. Thank you. Otherwise they are good.
