Hotel O Paradise Inn

1) Location was Fine 2) Working Staff (Housekeeping) was helping.

This is long list to be Honest but will make it Short 1) Booking was asked to Cancel, which was made from Booking.com intentionally, though they provided me room at same price but booking was indeed cancelled and made it directly 2) Lift was not working for initial few days (Hotel Reception was on 2nd Floor) 3) Initial provided Room A/C was not working properly though Manager was saying it's working. Upon insisting multiple time and waited for almost couple of hrs, got room changed. 4) Water force from Wash Basin is extremely slow. Upon asking from Manager, he told that that's max that can come (Initially told that Water inside Tank might be over but later changed his words) 5) No Lock in Cupboard while there is no key for Locked shelf for same Cupboard 6) Lastly when it comes to GST invoice, upon some good conversation Owner agreed to provide the same (Though Hotel was saying that Booking was at very Low price). I Started following up on this from a day before my Checkout (Though couple of reminders were given earlier), I was been told that Invoice will be ready and will be sent before my Checkout. When i got PDF, GST invoice amount was less than what i actually Paid. When asked from Manager, he told nothing can be done now as Invoice has been generated and told me that "He has seen too many Customers like me with change in Tone"

Behaviour of staff was good mainly the receptionist.

High early check in charge compared to other good hotels. Rooms are not same as shown in the images TV will not work. Telephone will not work. Lift is not functioning, I had to walk in stairs till 5th floor. Not providing water bottles and kettles Bit difficulty in identifying the hotel For one day stay it is fine or for bachelors. Good location Lot of small restaurants super markets are near by..

Everywhere there are repairs only the hotel room is not up to the mark. No phone to call, no food service nothing

Everyone was greeted properly, and the service was really nice.
