I didn’t like anything about the property

The bed was broken The bed was making a lot of noise They didn’t provide complementary water bottles They didn’t provide soap in washroom

Nothing.. just hot water is available

No phone to call front desk . No food provided. Even for entry before 15 min, asked to pay 500 rupees as early check-in charge. Rude front desk . Towels and soaps will not be provided until asked for several times No shampoo given . No facility of providing plates to food brought from outside. Sheets are not clean. Bed is not comfortable . Very old pillows. Overall pathetic experience. 0 star rating

Interior was awesome. Clean rooms and toilet. members were good and cooperative

Theres nothing like there, It was worst

Horrible staff and even the place is located in a very bad state. The manager denied my booking through OYO and Booking.com. They forced me to cancel the booking and I had to book that same hotel through them directly. The stay experience was bad and they denied later during checkout a GST bill. They provided me a non-GST bill.
