Nice cute little place! Perfect location to just be able to walk to the front Lovely and clean

It had everything we needed. It was a short distance to the beach.

It was at the top of a hill.

Close to the centre of Paignton on a quiet street with lovely sea views from the studio. Private parking outside main building. Dog friendly. Nice coummunal garden with plenty of seating. It's up a hill but it's not too steep. Wifi and TV channels were good.

I'm sure other rooms would have been better, but accessibility to the 'studio with sea view' is difficult. The studio (no. 12) is on the 2nd floor and has two steep staircases to navigate if you have mobility issues. The pull down bed is very heavy and took two of us to carefully lift it down. My hubby caught his finger in it and cut himself. The gap between the bed and the wall is the same as the depth of the mattress, so pillows fell to the back. Cooker hob wasn't the best. Digital controller seemed to cut out, and it didn't help that there were no instructions.

Room was perfect for my small family, alittle bit dated and in need of a few repairs but had everything we needed, the garden was great for the little ones to use up any left over energy. Dave and his wife were great hosts, nothing was too much and it was appreciated.
