Wyndham Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

The bed was delivered comfortably. Staff were very nice.

How I didn’t have a microwave in my room. This sink was clogged.

The staff was nice

The bathroom was very dirty. Hair and dirt everywhere. Shower had hair and stains all throughout the tub. The toilet and the sink were clean but the floor was pretty gross. I shouldn’t be able to see dust and dirt on the floor where people shower and get ready. The elevator was dirty. One was only working. I thought we were going to get stuck on the elevator. Once we made it to our floor it made an extremely loud noise. Sounded like it hit the top of the wall due to the loud noise and the elevator was shaking.

Had handicap room on 4th floor at the fartherest distance from elevator. Only one elevator has ever worked in the year we've been periodically staying there. The light bulbs were out above shower making bathroom very dark. Also bulb was out in entry to room and the air/heat unit fan ran all night even when turned off. I informed desk in morning when we left for the day. When we returned, nothing was fixed. Very difficult for a handicap person. Also the car port at entrance has had construction materials falling down for over a year. Poorly maintained hotel!

It is close to where I need to go.

Handicap room was on 4th floor. Elevator was out for our stay. Husband had difficult time going down 4 flights of stairs.
