"it was not the cleanliness and i didn’t get what i paid for"

the location no busy highway

where do I start? check in took 20 mins due to staff being sleep in back room i asked the staff to remove the late check out and she didn’t charged me $25 and hour and o didn’t even stay an extra hour the elevator did not wanting to shut bathroom shower had a lot of hair in the tub and on the shower wall smelled funny in the bathroom NO breakfast in the morning staff stated the truck didn’t come coffee in lobby cold no sugar horrible

The room looked clean at first glance.

The entire property is falling apart, literally. The water didn’t drain in the bathtub, the air conditioner/heater had a funky smell, the bed’s cleanliness was questionable (along with the rest of the room), outlets were hard to find and not all worked, I heard EVERY SINGLE conversation from inside the hotels hallway, rooms close to mine AND from the outside at 1:00am, 2:00am, 4:00am and 5am, to get to the hotel you have to drive through a deserted business park that is dark and creepy, then the hotel is down a steep hill, tucked back in you would think no one would ever be, but it was packed….didn’t seem to draw a very nice crowd of people.

"all in all it was fine"

I had a nice stay, The staff was very helpful and pleasant . Rooms very clean. A convent distance to airport.

As you pull up the roof was falling apart, The bedding was thin, The tub was old and slippery, I was on 3rd floor there was no vending machines even tho it said there was and ice machine was broken we had to use 1st floor which is inconvenient when you just want to rest.

"Charged Without Authorization – Very Stressful Experience"

🆘🆘🆘⛔️ Very bad and stressful experience. I do NOT recommend this hotel. I paid $515.11 through a booking app and a $50 deposit at check-in. After that, the hotel placed an additional $458.13 pending charge on my card without my authorization, which used up almost all the remaining balance on my credit card and left me at $0 available balance. When I asked the front desk, they said it might be a temporary hold, but no one could clearly explain why it was charged or who made the charge. I spoke with multiple employees, including different shifts, and they all gave the same answer: “we don’t know.” I even asked for a written explanation, but they were unable to provide one. Later, it was mentioned this could be an error, but still no clear reason was given. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. ⚠️ Important advice for future guests: • Be very careful with your card • Monitor your transactions immediately • Avoid making any additional payments at the front desk unless everything is clearly explained and documented Because of this experience and lack of accountability, I would not stay here again.
