Location

Nasty carpet with pet stains, room stunk. Couldn’t open the window because of all the people that smoked outside, their smoke came in through the window. Had to go buy a glad plug in and set our air conditioner at the lowest temperature it would go just to cover up some of the smell. If I hadn’t been so tired from driving 10 hours I would have asked for a refund and found somewhere else to go. We had stayed at the Quality Inn in Gillette on our way to the west coast, and we had to clean poop off our toilet seat before using it. I paid twice as much from our hotel from the previous night! ( that was very nice) my sons allergies flared up after staying at the hotel.

The breakfast was good, I always love waffles. The location was good coming from the East it was the first exit and just right off the highway though it was not noisy at all in our room. Staff was very friendly rooms were clean the only issue that we had was there were no elevators and we were on the second floor. We had two people with bad knees that made it a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything was great

It wasn’t too bad but maybe a couple more choices. We took ours back to room and just warmed it little more in microwave. Bananas were pretty green but I’m sure you never know how they will come in. I worked in food service for 30+ years .

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can get over the fact that the wall paper is coming off the wall, the carpet is coming up in places, the deep scratches in the wood work. The one thing I cannot get over is that the room smelt like mold. Very unsafe environment for anyone to sleep in.

The hotel was uncommunicative. We tried twice to call and change our reservation to another day and couldn’t get ahold of anybody at the desk that could help. Booking.com also tried to reach out on our behalf and the hotel didn’t respond. We ended up just not staying there and taking the hit, financially.
