"Excellent"

The bed was very comfortable. Very clean! Had everything that you need for a nightly stay. Nicely renovated! The coffee wasn't good. Looked over the bagel/cereal bar and decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

It was terrible. Terrible service, no staff help, rooms don’t have pull out couches even tho you book one. Breakfast was literally bagels and cereal, the “pool” is just a big hot tub, no early check in for honors members, no late check out, my kids slept on the floor no extra pillows in the hotel, I’ll never stay there Again

"Hotel under renovation, workers were housed in hotel. It will be nice when done but many inconveniences for the price."

Location, outside entrances to 1st floor rooms.

No ice machine, tv didn’t work. Bath tub needed to be replaced, it was dingy. Tub faucet dripped.
