Sonder at East End

Parking was insanely expensive and as a result negated the "deal" we thought we were receiving. About a third of the lights in the unit did not work and when we used the app to notify someone of the issue we did not see or hear from anyone till the following evening. The street noise was extremely loud and it was difficult to sleep. Lastly, the advertisements and their site showed a pool area which was one of the main reasons we chose that location. Upon arriving we found the pool was closed for the season. No where in the listing was that stated.

The apartment was great and the location was perfect. A fair amount of walking noise from upstairs apt, and cleanliness was not on par with a hotel. Crumbs under tables, a hair right on sink in bathroom, gunk in tub that wiped right off, tv remote that didn’t work, and the tv couldn’t be plugged in if light was, as one plug didn’t work.

I have irritation and itch all over my body since I stayed there, hair and body!!! Their towel and sheets aren’t clean at all

This felt like a home, as a one bedroom apartment. I did not use the pool or small gym but this had a great king size bed and nice furniture. I loved the location as well and check in was super easy.

The apt was spacious and well laid out. It was quiet and clean. The only thing I would change is to add cable to the TV so we could have access to local news. Or make it a smart tv because the only option is Chromecast.

We stayed at East End in Minneapolis, and it was amazing. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The area was safe, and we were close to an LRT stop

The location was absolutely beautiful. The unit was extremely clean and current. It could have been better stocked with paper towels and towels, but they are speedy response to your request resolve that issue sonders are super professional and on top of everything I am a clean freak so to see the unit extremely clean made me very comfortable and I appreciated that they did not have requirements for you to clean before you laugh but me being the person I am I steal, took out the garbage put my dirty towels in a pile and made sure it was the way it was when I came in this far the best stay I have ever had and I travel a lot . Thank you. Sounders job well done!

The apartment was amazing! So well laid out and appointed. We needed nothing to make our stay perfect - i it was already there.
