For what was charged, the room was very disappointing--dingy, tub was not cleaned well, more lights needed, only one wastebasket.

Info listed a free breakfast, there is NO BREAKFAST of any kind! The pictures on the website are much nicer than the reality. The hotel’s furnishings are at least 25 years old and desperately in need of a major renovation. Pluses: The room and bedding were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The lamps had USB outlets. Minuses: AC worked great but puddled on the floor. Could see daylight between the door and the frame. Both the toilet lid & 3rd dresser drawer were broken & the drawer was off track. I immediately reported them, but in 3 days they never got fixed. The green jacuzzi tub was slippery and awkward for ingress and egress. The shower head whistled an alarm after several minutes (water use maybe-idk). The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The toilet was junior size. The hangars were ancient and rusted through the chrome. The location of our room was a stone’s throw from the river with no flood wall which made me nervous. The parking lot was enormous and badly cracked. It had room for semi-trailer truckers, although I didn’t see any. The paint on the sidewalks was chipped and completely worn away in many places. Would I stay there again, probably not. The staff was nice and accommodating. The owners haven’t put a dime into the place and it is going down hill fast.

The walks were nasty. Tile falling off the wall in tha bathroom. The sink is very disgusting and the caulking around the sink and toilet are full of mild and debris. The bathroom wall above the toilet had brown stuff all over it. Then they charged me for a dirty room. How is that even possible?? There was trash and we left the towels and wah clothes on the sink counter. I will never ne staying there again.

Lady at the front desk was rude as hell and entirely unhelpful. When asking for some extra sheets and a second key card for a king size room, the response was an accusatory “how many people are staying in there??” We did not get the extra sheets because she did not feel like going in the laundry room I guess. Owners clearly are trying to cheap out on everything. Room was clean but only gets service every 4 days according to the the sign in the bathroom. No extra TP or towels in the room. It is a reasonable price hotel but you definitely get what you pay for

Cold rooms comfortable beds. Great staff. I’ve stayed for over 2 months here for work. Will stay agine. !

Never will book this hotel again the rooms were not cleaned good they barley wanted to give the guests new towels when needed

Upon arrival, the floor in our room had puddles of water, the bathtu. Was full to the top with water and overflowing, and the faucet was still dripping. The other room's bathroom was flooded.
