Studio 6 Suites - Tiffin, OH

The picture above is NOT the property. Bed was comfortable and the front desk staff (actually all staff that we met) were polite and friendly.

Outdated rooms, which were dirty. The floor was wet when we arrived - we never figured out where the puddle came from? I called front desk on the phone but no answer and when I walked round to tell someone there was no one on the desk. We used a towel to clean up the water and the floor had turned the towel brown. Didn’t feel clean at all, residue stuck to my feet.

Clean rooms cold air and soft beds.

Good location

There is no breakfast included even though the website says it included breakfast. Checked in and staff in her phone the whole time with personal call. No elevators

The property is very run down. The lobby is dirty and is ran by unfriendly desk clerks. We almost didn’t stay, our friends left who were traveling with us and found a different hotel. We stayed because we didn’t want to pay the cancellation fee. The beds were clean, the pillows were lumpy. There was dirt in the corners of the room and we found hair and a hair clip in the bathroom. There was only two little bars of soap and one little thing of shampoo. They do not clean the rooms or restock them daily. The pool did not have any water in it. Sometimes the toilet was very loud when flushed.
