Extremely nice staff and comfortable quiet clean rooms

First of all the place was filthy with mold and/or black dirt in the bathroom, on the ceiling, even the phone & cord were dirty. Neither bedside lamps worked, the smallest fridge I've ever seen also did not work. So I tried to call the front desk to at least get some light bulbs & another fridge but guess what...the phone didn't work. Breakfast, which was supposed to be included, was only coffee & bananas. Also no elevators, we had to drag our bags up outside stairs. The ONLY thing that was nice was the young lady working the front desk.

Room was clean with comfortable bed. Nice river view in a good location.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years that my son has attended the local university. All other times it was fine with a good breakfast. Now? The rooms were dirty, sockets didn’t work, and the breakfast was a brown banana. Never again

This place was horrible. When you drive up it looks closed / abandoned. The bathroom was a nightmare. We took one look at the room and left. No refund. No exterior lock on door into hallway. Doorframe rotted in corners. The entire place had a disinfect smell that literally made it hard to breathe and you left with an aftertaste.
