Close to where we were spending family time.

Booking.com listed breakfast included, but there was NO breakfast.

This was the second time that I have felt like I needed to clean BEFORE I did anything. The toilet was dirty. The soap dish in the shower was falling off the wall. The towels looked nasty. The smell of the room was like wet dog/cat. I went to Walmart to get some air freshener. The windows need replaced. I was put in an adjoining room with folks on the other side NOT in my party. I heard word of the conversation they were having. DEFINITELY not worth the money I paid for it.

When i checked into the room there was a terrible stench from urine thst was in the toilet and the toilet wouldn't flush. The next room the jetted tub was dirty I couldn't use it

The staff were nice, but most times there wasn't anyone at the desk. There wasn't any breakfast that we could see and no coffeepot in the room. The door to our room had a large gap in it that allowed debris to come in. I stuffed plastic bags in it to close the gap.

The place was in a good location.

Facilities were not very clean. The floors were sticky in some spots, the bathroom tub, floor, and toilet need to be cleaner. The curtains were old and outdated, the outside window screen was broken, the calibration of the heat was off. If it's on auto and above 73, it doesn't turn off like auto is supposed to do. When you turn it down, to around 69 (that's the only way it wasn't too hot) but it would then blow cold air.

Absolutely nothing. Poorly ran establishment all the way around. The staff is rude and condescending to say the least. The smell of the mold that was visibly built up on the ice machine was overwhelming. The entire hotel is in dire need of a thorough cleaning. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of free breakfast and free Wi-Fi neither of these amenities are actually offered and when brought the owners attention she scolded me like I was a child and made it out as though i did something wrong when I was acquiring about the breakfast. Then held nothing back and even went as far as repeatedly pointing her finger at me and informing me I was no good. I was highly offended by this and did not take kindly to her repeatedly saying I was no good. She then raised her voice and me so she was now shouting at me as if I was an unruly child. She kept my deposit for reasons unknown to me still and she insisted everyone pay cash and based the price of rooms on her own personal opinion of you. It was a terrible experience and I will personally tell everyone to not waste their time. It’s just as dirty as the tiffin motel and just as poorly ran…

The staff. The cleanliness. The freezing temperature throughout the whole building. The entire experience was terrible.

We did not stay there and have asked for our money back. The safety of my family was not guaranteed.

The door did not close properly. The other guests were smoking out side our door. I had my 11 year old daughter who didn’t feel safe. We left immediately and would like our money back.

Very cheap, not super clean, found hair and dust bunnies
