Absolutely great!

There is nothing to dislike , everything was perfect, the host was very helpful.

The property is beautiful, we’ll maintain and managed, great location, perfect for a family. If i have to be picky it would be great to have access to a washing machine, specially if you are doing sports during your holidays.

Location was great. Good walk ability

Instructions were not clear and additional “city tax” that needed to be paid in cash. I don’t understand why it is not already included or at least communicated more clearly.

The layout and facilities make this property a home from home, and allow you the freedom to cook, watch TV with family and fully relax. The walk into Partenkirchen takes about 10 minutes and if you want to walk into Garmisch, you can do so in about 25.

The only negative I can think of is the shower. Unfortunately the rubber on the bottom of the door has eroded and therefore the bathroom could easily be flooded. We managed to avert this by rolling a towel to serve as a bit of a floodgate, which was no problem for us.

Well equipped and cozy kitchen.

-a beautiful apartment not far from most amenities in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. -well-equipped and clean kitchen (spices, oils, cutlery, pots, pans, tools, coffee machine with beans, toaster, microwave, kettle etc). -nice big bedrooms with natural light, wardrobes and mirrors -plenty of mirrors throughout the house -comfortable and modern lounge room with nice lounges and beautiful decor -clean bathroom with good shower -big hallway with room for shoes, jackets and other things We had a comfortable stay at Alpi and would stay again. The host was very friendly and answered all my questions and extra requests swiftly. When you step out of the house you can immediately see mountains and it's a short drive to Partnachklamm, Eibsee, Mittenwald etc. Several supermarkets are in walking distance. Overall a great experience.

This is me nitpicking, these things could be improved for an even better experience: -add more hooks to the bathroom (the only hooks are for 1 hand towel and a few towels behind the door, but since all towels are white it would have been chaotic to hang them all there - we were 4 people). -add a few hooks to the kitchen for kitchen towels -add a few more coat hangers to the rooms (we needed 2 each for our towels and then had none left), and maybe even a few hooks! -a few extra pillows and comfy blankets in the living room would be nice :) Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Spacious, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything

We loved our stay! The property very clean, well maintained, properly laid out, and equipped. We loved sitting on the lawn in the afternoons, enjoying family time after a long day of hiking. Michael, our host was very friendly, helpful, and generous. The property is located a 10 min walk from old town Partenkirchen, and we went out for beer a couple of times. Free parking on premises was useful. We’d definitely return there!

The lack of air conditioning and fans were something to consider.
