The house was in a perfect location, very clean and a perfect size for our family of 4.

Nice mountain view in Kitchen, quiet enviroment, easy parking and host very friendly.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment provided a perfect stay for my family of four adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, appliances, spices, and the host even provided complimentary dish soap, dishwashing liquid, and paper towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The Wifi was fast and reliable. There is a large living room area with two couches and a large TV. The shower provided plenty of hot water. There is a private parking spot just behind the property. The hosts were great with communication via messaging. The location of the apartment is within a short 5-10 minute walk from the old town center of Partenkircken side of Garmisch-Partenkircken. There are plenty of hiking trails within walking distance as well. The entire stay was simply wonderful. We could definitely tell that the hosts went above and beyond by providing those extra details for our stay that you don't find in most apartment stays around Europe. We would absolutely stay here again when traveling through this area!

Fresh apartment, even some improvements compared to the pictures. Well eqiped kitchen. Calm area close to Wankbahn and Kletterwald. Lidl nearby. Closer to Partenkirchen center than Garmisch center.

No AC, but AC seems rare in apartments in Bayern.

Everything from the staff who received us (Mikail), bed rooms, kitchen, family room, games for kids & location of an apartment. Mr. Mikail has greeted us with a complementary coffee beans 😋. The location is right infront of the bus station. Rooms are big and equipped with all nessacery items from coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove top and toaster. Definitely our choice for next year visit

Excellent apartment with everything that you need, including an excellent coffee machine . The host Mikail was very helpful and even gave us a lift to the station on departure.The bus stop for the free city bus is just outside the apartment

- The owner is very friendly. He helped us a lot before and during the stay, he even answered the questions that were not directly related to the property. - The house is equipped by everything you need during the stay: dishes, cutlery, good coffeemaker, dishwasher and even tea, oil, spices and many-many other kitchen and bath things. - Good layout of the rooms in the house, and full-size beds in the bedrooms (200x180cm at least). We traveled as a family, but it is very good for two pairs, for example. Also, there is a good living room with large TV (we've not used it). - Good location, ideal if you travel by car - the parking is included. The hosts even helped us one day, when it was snowy - they cleaned the place and the car.
