Hübsches Zimmer mit Sicht aufs Meer. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Komfortable Liegen und genügend Schatten am Strand.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit ok.

الفندق رائع طاقم العمل أكثر من رائع و بالأخص مستر هشام فى الريسيبشن و أستاذ حمدى مدير المطعم دائما يبحثون و يسعون لراحة النزلاء. الفندق به ثلاث حمامات سباحة مناسبين للكبار و ثلاثة للصغار و جارد الإنقاذ منتهى الذوق و اليقظة. تنوع الأكل كبير و لذيذ جدا الغرفة العائلية واسعة جدا و بها غرفة منفصلة للأطفال تحوى سريرين نوم للأطفال و تليفزيون منفصل والغرفة الرئيسية بها سرير كبير للكبار و تليفزيون رئيسى. النظافة العامة شىء خرافي فى الفندق كله

Dear Management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience during my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, several issues negatively affected the quality of my stay and did not meet the standards I expected. My concerns include: * The overall level of service did not meet the expectations associated with the hotel’s reputation and standards. * The condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of the rooms were below the expected level. * The quality of the food served was disappointing and did not reflect the standards that guests should reasonably expect. * Some requests and concerns were not addressed efficiently or in a timely manner during my stay. At the same time, I would like to make it clear that my comments do not apply to the restaurant and bar staff. On the contrary, I found them to be professional, courteous, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service throughout my stay. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and dedication. I hope that hotel management will carefully review these concerns and take the necessary corrective actions to improve the quality of services and guest satisfaction in the future. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or adequately secure throughout my stay, which negatively affected my overall experience. I noticed shortcomings in the performance and responsiveness of the security staff, resulting in a lack of confidence in the safety measures that guests should reasonably expect from a reputable hotel. Providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment is a fundamental aspect of hospitality, and regrettably, my experience fell below these expectations. I kindly request that the hotel management review this matter seriously and take the necessary corrective actions to improve the quality of security services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests. The resort is overall quite beautiful, calming and cozy. The room was clean well equipped and with a nice sea view. The food was various and of high quality. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. I would recommended it to families, couples and single travelers looking to relax and enjoy a peacful vacation.

الغرف قديمة محتاجة تجديد

La gentillesse du personnel, les extérieurs très bien entretenus, beaucoup de verdure entre les bâtiments, la plage et la piscine très propres. L'école de sports nautiques est à 2 min à pied. C'était très appréciable puisque nous sommes venus pour pratiquer le Wingfoil.

Les animations du soir pas au top mais on n'est pas venu à Hurghada pour cela :-) Pas de WIFI dans la chambre.
