USThis hotel was great! The person at the desk when I called was so helpful and got our reservation taken care of quickly. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the appearance and cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. The staff was very helpful in recommending good restaurants nearby. In the morning we woke up to a goody bag hanging on our door. The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through Miles City. Loved the little extra touches and attention to detail.

So much plastic and styrofoam in breakfast. No actual mugs for coffee or normal plates for food and only styrofoam to drink and eat out of and plastic silverware.

The room was outdated..the breakfast was laid out backwards..example: coffee & sugar..creamer..should be located in same area..
Great place to stay if you are in Miles City. From soup at night, to a great breakfast in the morning. The service is outstanding! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, cleaner than most chains. They also have a great rewards program, unlike the big chains where you will forget about how many points you have. Miles City Hotel will send you a personal letter in the mail reminding you when you earned a free nights stay or a gift card.
We travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in because the staff serves you with a smile and are very warm and friendly. Also, all the lovely touches including a snack bag to go for our road trip did not go unnoticed. They went way and above to make us feel special. We overnighted here from a road trip that originated in Walker, Minnesota, and will conclude upon our arrival home to Idaho Falls, Idaho, today. Thanks so very much for such a lovely stay!!
