USDefinitely the nicest hotel in Miles City. Front desk clerk was unbelievably kind and accommodating (thanks Kaylee!) Breakfast consisted of a variety of homemade delicious items from banana nut muffins to breakfast sandwiches and kielbasa sausage. Thanks Laurie for making us an awesome breakfast! 5 star stay for us.

This is the only place we stay when visiting Miles City due to the hospitality shown by the hotel and staff. I am a Rewards member offered by the hotel which means I have stayed over 10 nights while our kids attend college here and rodeo events. We wish all hotels we stayed at had the same level of customer attention like MC Suites. After traveling 7 hours, we love having hot soup that is offered each night and the breakfast each morning is one of our favorites.
I was passing through town on a business trip and wasn’t sure where to stay, but I’m genuinely glad I chose this property. From the moment I checked in, the experience felt elevated. The staff member at the desk was pleasant, knowledgeable, and fully present, which is rare these days. I was even offered a complimentary newspaper. On the way to my room, I noticed several thoughtful touches: Dotts pretzels, water infused with fresh sliced citrus, and cream of asparagus soup. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and fluffy. The final surprise was this morning: a goodie bag hanging on my door. Small details like that made the stay feel welcoming and intentional.
