Miles City Hotel & Suites

Great place to meet and stay. Rooms are very clean and orderly. Meeting room was clean and orderly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have never wrote a review before but I couldn't leave this hotel without doing so. Where do I start, Location great-- staff that I meet (Nickki, Joe, Sig) very professional & caring. Rooms comfortable & clean. Pool/hot tub warm & clean. Soup/snacks awesome and very good. Rates to be honest I didn't pay but feel like it wouldn't matter i would stay anyway.

I stayed at the hotel November 9th and 10th. I was there for some major dental implant surgery and everyone was so very kind to me. They went out of their way to be sure that I was doing well. Miss Chava was so very kind and caring. The day after my surgery, I was at the breakfast room, and Chava went out of her way to find something that I could eat. I hadn’t eaten since Sunday, so I was quite hungry and very limited in what I could eat. I cannot stress how much I appreciated her and all of the staff. After I checked out, I received a call from the hotel. I had forgotten some earrings and a very special necklace. The necklace had ashes from my very precious Mags(my darling 3.6# Diva schnoodle) I lost her 5 years ago. I would have been so devastated if I had lost the necklace. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you to all of the amazing staff at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. . I highly recommend this hotel.

This place was great. The staff was friendly and adjusted our accommodations without hesitation. They provided complimentary breakfast every morning, soup every night and water whenever. I would stay here again.

The Miles City Hotel and Suites is our preferred accommodation for business trips. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, and the rooms, dining area, and common areas are always impeccably clean. There's an unmistakable pride of ownership that adds to the charm. Whenever we travel through eastern Montana, staying here is undoubtedly a highlight of our work.

This property is a terrific find. Convenient location, well maintained building and grounds. Staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

If you are traveling through Miles City Montana and need a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay, consider this hotel. The moment we walked in the door, we were treated like friends. They had a delicious chicken gumbo simmering and the breakfast the next day got us off to a great start. The folks that work there are friendly and personable. The food, hot tub, room, and overall stay was remarkable and made our travels a little less stressful.

This place was fantastic for the price. Front desk was nice, breakfast was good and the cleaning staff were super friendly. I have traveled through North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Idaho. This was the best hotel I have stayed at out of the states listed above. I’ve been to places that cost $215 a night and still aren’t clean or reek of pot. We even had the front desk at a Fairbridge in Williston, North Dakota throw an actual tantrum after we asked for a clean room. Won’t see that here! Would recommend to anyone passing through :)
