Miles City Hotel has all the amenities of those indistinguishable corporate traveler hotels, but has worked to manage a more welcoming and homey touch. They offer a breakfast buffet a cut above the usual make-your-own waffles. We loved Lacy at the front desk for her good cheer and giving us a helpful rundown of the local restaurants. We only stayed one night but it would be an excellent base for exploring the area.
The staff at the MC Suites hotel was engaged and friendly. The hotel was spotless. If you are mobility constrained, book on the first floor since there is no elevator. The breakfast was attended by staff and when the sun shone down the hall in the morning it was clear that the place was being kept rigorously clean. Great job !

This was a great place to stay. Staff were professional and welcoming. We enjoyed a bowl of hot soup from our long drive. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. We will make this a regular stay when traveling through Montana. Im also going to recommend this place to family and friends.

USWhen looking for a hotel in the Miles City area, we found the reviews for Miles City Hotel & Suites to be quite positive. They weren't exaggerating. The staff was amazing. Their hospitality from the front desk to the cleaning crew was awesome. The hotel was very clean - the corners in the hallway were even spotless. The rooms were very well maintained and I liked the down home feel. Their breakfast was first rate. I just need to find an excuse to go back to Miles City!
