USStaff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and they have hot coffee and tea available all the time. The pool and hot tub are great too.

Great breakfast with a large variety of items. Room was wonderful with everything we needed. Staff was wonderful. If we ever go through Mile City again, thi will be our hotel of choice

No elevator. We rarely use a room phone, but oddly the rooms at this hotel does not have a landline.
The building looks new. It is locally owned. We were welcomed with soup (yes soup), popcorn, and cookies. The lobby is spacious and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. One odd thing was there is not a phone in the room. In the morning there was a bag of goodies on our door-nice touch. The breakfast was an egg casserole, which was served behind a counter ( we appreciated no other guests touched the dishes or utensils). The same lady dished bacon or sausage, and great tasting fruit (strawberries, melon, cantaloupe, blueberries, and raspberries). Joe check us in and shared info, He was professional, engaging, and all smiles.
This was our 9th hotel on a multi-stop roadtrip and it was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in! We had three rooms amongst the family and they were all super clean. The staff were so courteous and the fresh hot breakfast was superb with the sweetest lady taking care of it. If we’re ever back in Miles City, we would gladly stay here again.
