Fairfield Inn by Marriott Evansville West

When we checked in the staff didn't tell us about WiFi or where the pool even was nothing about the facility had to offer. She handed us our keys and told us what room and pool closed at 11. Didn't even tell us how to find our room, we had to just go walking around to find the gym and the pool. Then we get checked out and an hour after I'm get a bill for $250 more than what was said. I called and they charged me for smoking! When I booked the room it asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking so why did it even ask if I was going to get charged! I picked up any evidence of smoking no ashes no cigs I made sure it was clean. I'm not paying for something I thought I was getting.

Our heat kept going out. Maintenance came and fixed it once but then it went out again and was blowing out cold air. We was given the option to change rooms on the last night we stayed but had to much stuff to move. Maintence stated he was gonna mention to give us a discount to help with the issues we had but I just received the invoice and we were charged for every night we stayed

The hotel was just ok. The staff were all friendly.

They definitely just do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning. They are doing construction on the main road next to the hotel & it was very loud when we first arrived. Not necessarily a hotel issue but something to consider when booking.

Very nice hotel, convenient to our college trip to USI. The breakfast was good, although the eating area is not very big. The room was super comfortable. No complaints, would stay here again.

the floor in our room looked like it had not been vacuumed, the hotel itself was not that clean.

The place was very clean, and all the desk employees were very nice and helpful! This is a great place!

We had a last-minute trip at put us into the northern Kentucky southern Indiana area and shows to stay at the Fairfield Inn Evansville West. We were greeted by a very friendly and courteous Karla who made sure that we have the proper kind of pillows and room accessories to enhance our stay. Our room was very clean, I would’ve just preferred a firmer mattress. Breakfast was adequate and standard fair for Marriotts, there were two small areas of housekeeping in common areas that they alerted the front desk too, and they assured me they would get these taken care of right away. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, modern, and professional and courteous staff
